Link to Intype
I have several friends that use TextMate on a Mac. Recently one of them found a project for making TextMate for windows. It is Intype it currently is in Alpha but I am using it now and am starting to like it. Am hoping that when it becomes a pay for product it will be affordable.

Unfortunately, Intype is discontinued, I have no idea where to download, it was my html/css/php editor of choise.
